This is a very good product, it fits perfectly and you cannot tell that it is an aftermarket part at a fraction of the price of the factory part. I am very pleased with the product

I ordered this prior to reading the reviews, then I started reading reviews which caused me to really question my purchase... However, I ordered my hose on Friday night (via standard shipping) and received it on Monday at 2:00pm... It was a PERFECT FIT!!! The quality is very comparable to the Dyson hose, but even if it doesn't last as long, I got one heck of a deal, so I'd just purchase another one...
I say buy it if you also have a DC-07

the hose fit into vacuum ok but not the same grade of plastic as the dyson. ok for the price

I ordered this with a bit of trepidation considering some of the bad reviews of this hose, but after it arrived and I installed it, I'm satisfied. The biggest issue I had is that the hose is a little too tight, Sliding it onto the metal wand was a chore -- but after spraying the wand liberally with silicone spray lubricant, it went on just fine. It's still a bit more difficult to slide on and off than the factory hose, but better too tight than too loose.
The webbing seems similar to the factory hose -- and I was surprised by the weight of the hose assembly. It's quite heavy for it's size, very much like the original one.
So far I can't talk about it's longevity, but judging by the construction, I don't forsee any problems.
Recommended.
